All CHAPCO Safe-Set adhesives are solvent-free, non-flammable, freeze/thaw stable, and nearly odor-free. Safe-Set adhesives can be used where other adhesives might present potential
health risks. They are suitable for office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, nursing homes, etc. Safe-Set
adhesives contain one or more micro-biocides to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew.
Safe-Set 299 should be used to install solid vinyl tile over porous and non-porous floors. Can also be used to install
smooth rubber tile (12” x 12” maximum). It spreads easily, exhibits quick grab, and has excellent resistance to moisture and plasticizer migration.
Coverage
Approximately 160-260 square feet per gallon. Coverage will vary with the type of floor covering and job conditions.
