This tool makes clean, straight cuts in vinyl, rubber or plastic. Cutter has comfortable non-slip hand grips and a blade storage tray in the base of the handle. Jaws open to 1-1/2" and maximum length of cut is 3-7/8". The handle latch keeps tool closed for safety. Cutter comes with cutting anvil and two stainless steel blades. Anvil and blades are replaceable.
