Interface Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 2300, 4 Gal. Pail

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 2300 is an aggressive, high solids, releasable, pressure sensitive adhesive specially engineered to install PVC backed and cushion backed modular carpet tiles and roll goods. This premium adhesive is formulated to facilitate release and re-bonding of carpet tiles while permanently retaining its tack. The dried adhesive will remain on the floor, allowing individual tiles to be lifted out and replaced without substantial loss of adhesive properties. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 2300 may also be used as a pad-to-floor adhesive for double-glue down installations, and is compatible with rubber and vinyl pad.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 2300 is made with broad spectrum antimicrobial additives to protect the adhesive from bacteria and fungal growth.

This product is an aggressive pressure sensitive formulation that permanently retains its tack for the bonding of carpet tiles and other substrates. The dried film is alkali and water resistant and resistant to plasticizer migration from vinyl carpet tile backing. It can be applied using common tools and techniques over a variety of porous and non-porous surfaces.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 2300 has a low odor and “zero g/L” calculated VOC’s (based on no solvent used), which makes it ideal for use in schools, health care facilities, public buildings, and anywhere odor is a concern. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 2300 is excellent for specification work, as it is approved by the CRI for the Green Label Plus program. This adhesive also meets or exceeds California requirements as specified in Rules 102 and 443 as well as California SCAQMD Rule 1168.
