The PBS is a single puller portable carpet binder suitable for any carpet edging application. This durable, long lasting unit has been the backbone of N-C for over 25 years. Originated by N-C, the PBS is multi-functional as it is capable of binding up to 3" tape, fringing, & serging. It comes equipped with a complimentary carry case & supply kit including bobbins, needles, thread, oil, and a screwdriver.
