Each TAVY Tile Spacer is a two-sided spacer. One side is a Cross Edge spacer for use at the intersection of four tiles. The other side is a Straight Edge spacer for use between two tiles. The Straight Edge side is often mistaken as a handle for easy placement. However, the Straight Edge is a fully functional spacer of the same grout line dimension as the Cross Edge spacer.
