This 3-piece tool kit for scribing inside corner patterns consists of a cove template, a pin vise, a special cove scriber and detailed instructions. Simply use the cove scriber to scribe lines on the felt for positioning the cove template, then use the cove template for scribing the inside cove pattern on the vinyl. Afterwards, the cove scriber can also be used to scribe the top edge onto the vinyl to fit the cap metal.
