KBRS 5 ft. Tileable Shower Ramp

The KBRS Shower Ramp is the toughest prefabricated tileable ramp on the market. It is constructed of high density 3 lb EPS core with an extra reinforcing layer of mesh and epoxies. The KBRS Ramp has a 8" run, comes 61" in length and has a 1/4" nominal front edge. It is waterproof, ready to tile and can be cut-to-fit in the field.

How to Install a KBRS HardCurb

1. Dry fit the HardCurb to the ShowerSlope
2. Cut-to-fit the HardCurb if needed
3. Level HardCurb
4. Apply modified thin-set to desired HardCurb installation area
5. Apply a generous bead of polyurethane sealant (or 100% silicone sealant) to the outer edge of the slope (where the curb will "butt-up" against the slope)
6. Apply modified thin-set to the bottom of the HardCurb
7. Firmly press the curb into place
8. Walk on curb to ensure it has fully embedded into the thin-set - then you are ready to apply modified thin-set and tile (or surface) as desired
