Proper use
If the tapping bar chips or breaks... you are hitting it too hard. I have never had my tapping tool break when installing vinyl plank, Many Installers are NOT taking the "time" to position the plank properly... slow down and position the plank properly then you will only need a "tap" NOT a "BEAT" the tapping bar to seat the plank.

Meh - sometimes you don't get what you pay for...
Best part is the hammer and pull bar. Bad the spacers. The worst, the tapping block. A portion of the tapping block cracked off and can no longer protect the locking system of the LVP. The two sided hammer is nice, one side for tapping LVP joints and the other for tapping the tapping block. You likely could likely find better quality tools as separates, even if you have to pay more.
