Gauge uneven surfaces with the confidence of 4 points of contact. Stainless-steel gauge rake body that accepts four interchangeable Skid Gauges designed to work at varying angles instead of just perpendicular.

The Quad-Skid Gauge Rake is purpose-built for installers who need rock-solid depth control on medium-build self-smoothing systems. Its welded 304-stainless frame resists corrosion and flex while four pre-set Skid Gauge sockets—two fore and two aft—keep the bar perfectly parallel to the slab. Because each Skid Gauge presents a flat wear face instead of a pin, it lasts longer and glides more smoothly over fresh compound, reducing surface waves and material waste.

Match any specification by snapping in the appropriate Skid Gauge set (sold separately). Swap sets in seconds—no threads to clog or cams to adjust—and clean-up is as easy as rinsing stainless steel.

Key Features

  • Quad-Skid Design: Four Skid Gauges keep the blade level across 24 in. (600 mm) for uniform depth.
  • Interchangeable Skid Gauge Sets (sold separately): Five sizes let you pour 1/8" – 3/8" (3 – 10 mm) without buying multiple rakes.
  • Long-Wear Skid Geometry: Flat faces wear slower than pins, lowering consumable cost.
  • All-Stainless Construction: Corrosion-proof, easy to decontaminate between epoxy, urethane or cementitious mixes.
  • Universal Pole Socket:  Fits most U.S. snap-lock or threaded handles for ergonomic reach.

Typical Applications

  • Self-levelling cementitious underlayments and smoothing screeds (1/8" – 3/8" / 3 – 10 mm)

  • Polymer-modified toppings for refurbishment overlays

  • Epoxy or polyurethane industrial flooring systems requiring precise build control
