Vacuum

Recently I buy this vacuum. I did 2 jobs with him until now. It's a small but powerful vacuum. Only thing that is bothering me is the net that protects filter. When you clinging vacuum you need to take the net from the vacuum and is really tricky to put it back on the vacuum.

American Sanders need improvement

This vacuum is okay, not great. First of all it would be a good idea to have a place to wrap the power cord. This design just didn’t take that into consideration. When they sent me the vacuum it didn’t have the vacuum hose inside the box and American Sanders wouldn’t send me one. They wanted me to ship the entire vacuum back to them, then they would send me a whole new vacuum.... why? That makes no sense. They said I was going to have to pay for shipping too. So they make it purposely difficult because they don’t want to have to send you a vacuum hose.... which would be the right thing to do. I don’t like companies that don’t do the right thing when problems arise. Thankfully, Tools4flooring stepped up and sent me a replacement hose out of their own pocket. Overall, I’m 50/50 on whether I’d recommend this vacuum. It’s okay, not great.
