Was skeptical then it arrived.
Was looking for this exact 3" t- shaped transition from Johnsonite and came across several different websites selling the same exact product for triple the price. Was skeptical because the unbelievable price but when it arrived I was more than satisfied with the product. Fast shipping as well. A great transition
I love that fact that the base could be screwed down to the floor and the transition snapped in place. I just used a large pair of scissors to cut it to shape. The with of the transition was perfect for my needs. I only wish that more colors were in stock. Special ordering and waiting weeks to complete a project was not in the cards so I got a color that could bet fit my needs.
Customer service was helpful and friendly. At least somebody there answers the phone. I tend not to do business with companies that won't speak with potential customers.
I would recommend the product and the company.

It was perfect for what we needed. When the tenants carpet get fraid, this transition strip covered it all perfectly, no need for new carpet right away.

Exactly What I Needed
Prior to me chipping a tile, a 1 1/2" section would have worked, but it was replace the tile, or cover it, this was the cheaper option. It took a while, couple weeks I think, to get it in, but I am overall pleased, and will use this website again in the future, if needed.
