This professional tile cutter provides the accuracy you need to cut 12" tiles straight. Comes with a carrying case and instructions.
This professional 12" cutter has built-in low-profile thumb knobs for fast blade height adjustment. The smooth blue base has an embossed silver rule in both inches and centimeters. The new case is compact and easy to carry. Straightness of cut is calibrated to +/- .005" for professional use. Comes with self-locating tile stop and a tile guide for repeat cuts.

Had a crain cutter, same model but older. Purchased the Robert's VCT chopper, but sold it to a co-worker and purchased new Crain cutter. Maybe I'm just familiar w/it, but I prefer the Crain over Robert's.
Great, reliable, accurate, American made tool. A must have if doing VCT/vinyl installations.

Best tile cutter ever
I purchased the Crain at the recommendation of a flooring installer nearby. I have never had such success in cutting and laying out a tile floor. Cut all the tiles down to 9x9 for the kitchen floor, striving for a retro look. Every cut was square and even. Easy to use and accurate. No complaints!
