This 3 ft. straight edge is made from hard extruded aluminum, and has a hole at one end for hanging.
This 3 ft. aluminum straight edge is both economical and lightweight. While not as accurate as Crain's ground steel straight edges, it is extremely useful for most carpet installation jobs. It features a serrated slip-proof bottom, 45° angle on one end and a hanging hole on the other. Measures 36" long x 2-1/2" wide x 3/16" thick; weighs only 1-1/4 lbs.
