Orcon Super Scraper w/Quick Release

I wanted to like this scraper. The idea behind it is great but it was executed poorly. The main problem is that the two plates are fastened together with rivets where screws would be on a classic style scraper and after about 5-6 uses the rivets loosened up or stretched I guess just a little from the pressure of scraping and pushing the blade tight to the floor. It loosened enough so that the blade now falls out when you clamp it down with no way to tighten it again. I can probably drill it out and put screws and a nut on it bit I shouldn't have to do that and especially after a handful of uses. I've seen other tools use this same clamping idea but the clamp is threaded in and you spin it until it's tight enough and then clamp it down, similar to vice grips. The clamp also gets in the way and is always getting caught on stuff your trying to scrape up and if you flip it over it doesn't allow you to use the tool at the angle you need sometimes because it's hitting the floor. For dry glue and scraping prep I imagine it would last much longer but I don't recommend it for any heavy duty floor removal.
