For porcelain, we suggest you dress after every 60 cuts and every 90 on stone and granite. Just enter the diamond rim into the stone.

Excellent product.
Ordering my second one. Actually I'm ordering two this time. I wish they were a little longer. It gets a little sketchy as you use it up and your fingers get close to the blades as you are using it. Still it is a great product. I have tried many brands and types over the years. This by far has been the most effective. It will definitely extend the life of your diamond blades and help maintain a good cut quality throughout your project. Once a diamond blade gets so far gone it is just gone and you will be spending another $100. So get your crew to use this regularly and often. It makes a world of difference and that $100 blade will last you three times as long.
I highly recommend this product for any professional.

Diamond Blade Dressing Perfection
I use this to dress a Husqvarna Superlok Glass + 10" Premium Diamond Blade. I cut small slices off the end (cut halfway while the brick lays flat and to the left; flip it so it rests flat now facing the right and cut the rest of the way through to ensure both sides of the blade get properly dressed.) I have used one of these bricks for the life of one Husq. Superlok diamond blade (1000+ cuts in/through glass bottles.) Use it when you feel extra vibration, get excessive chipout or see heat buildup where the blade is cutting the glass.
