The Stretcher Case with 4" Wheels holds stretcher unit, tail block with wheels, three 3' extension tubes, adjustable locking tube and transfer tube.
This carpet stretcher case neatly stores ROBERTS® Power-Lok® or a Junior Power stretcher unit, a Tail Block with wheels, three 3’ Extension Tubes, an Adjustable Locking Tube and a Transfer Tube (all sold separately). It features high-density, blow-molded plastic walls to ensure resistance to impact, recessed hinges and latches for maximum durability, a comfort-grip handle, and 4" wheels for easy transport. The nylon web belt of this case has a quick release buckle that gives easy access to the stretcher unit and its tubes.

Doesn't hold up.
Nice design but very cheaply built.Last about 6 months before the plastic hinges break.

OK, but could be better
The case is lightweight which is great, however it just doesn't hold up well. I gets crushed/dented pretty easily. Also, the steel bars that hold the hinges together keep falling out and I haven't had it for a full four months. The wheels are a good feature, but I will have to try to fix the other items.
