ROBERTS ® Carpet Rake and Groomer is ideal for quick and easy maintenance of cut pile carpet. It features a 12" wide head with nylon bristles that grooms large areas quickly, and an extra-long 51" cold rolled steel 3-part handle that can be disassembled for easy storage. Specially designed for use with cut pile carpet, this carpet tool is not recommended for use with loop pile carpet.

not what i hoped for
I bought the rake hoping it would remove black cat fur that collects on the surface of my cheap beige carpet . The nylon teeth of this rake are too soft and spread too far apart to do the job I needed. So, I'm back to hand combing the carpet with a fine steel tooth pet comb.
Other than that, the product was sturdy and easy to assemble . The folks selling it provided good service
