A Message Regarding COVID-19 and Operations
Tools4Flooring is committed to the safety and health of our employees, customers and community. Currently, we are open and operating as usual, with some changes in our safety protocols.
- We have changed our staffing to lower the number of employees in the building at any given time.
- We are committed and diligent when practicing social distancing.
- Sanitation and cleaning standards have been a priority for the staff, facility and our products.
Our customer support hours and shipping fulfillments will continue as usual. We are working daily to keep adequate stock levels and provide the same level of service that our valued customers have come to expect from Tools4Flooring.com.
While Tools4Flooring.com’s operations continue, delivery times may be longer than usual. UPS and other shipping providers are working to keep up with the increased demand. While we have not seen a significant impact on delivery times with most shipping providers, delivery times are no longer guaranteed. In particular, USPS Priority Mail and First-Class packages are experiencing more frequent delays due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
