The No. GS02 Grout Sealer is a VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) compliant, solvent based formula designed for deep penetration on both polished and porous stone, masonry, grout, and concrete. It protects against oil and water based stains while still allowing the surface to breathe. The inverted "anyway" valve spray tip allows for application to floors, walls and countertop surfaces from a standing position.

Spray on sealer

Our tile installer told us about this, he said it was really good, I thought it better be for the price! We have a large area to do and spent over $200.00+ on it. Well it's not really good it absolutely the BEST! I have to give it even 5 stars for the price because of how good it seals. Best 200 bucks we've spent!

So far, so good

In sealing the grout, I was concerned about over-spray on our matte finish porcelain floor tiles. No problem with this product. However, I only purchased two cans, and actually could have used twice as much.
Covered two bathrooms, kitchen and well-traveled areas (about 400-500 linear feet). Tiles are 6" x 24" with 3/16th grout. Shipping was expensive, but it is what it is. Only time will tell, but no reason to think it's not a quality product.

Easy on

I've used this GS02 solvent based spray on for the third time after installing new ceramic tile in my kitchen. It is very easy to apply evenly. The solvent based has a definite odor but I like it (I like gasoline vapors too!), just ventilate the room a few minutes. Lasts a long time and keeps stains from spills from setting in.

Highly Recommended Product

Just did tiled shower installation and contractor highly recommended this sealant even though we used a grout that didn't "require" sealing.
He said he used it in HIS new shower and made a world of difference keeping soap and hard water from penetrating or staining the grout in the shower.
Went on easy, took less than 15 minutes to apply. Strong smell but ok if fan on and window open. Dried quickly, smell gone next day. Small price to pay for Easier shower cleaning from now on!

Excellent product

It was so easy to spray on! I had my entire 1600 sq ft house done in a 8 hours with 2 coats. It was super easy to put on and clean up. Only problem is that after I put the product down, I realized the tile installers had used the wrong grout.... the sealer is so good i know they won't be able to stain it to fix it so I'm going to have to deal with the color it is. But overall, its a great product.

Great product

I found this product very easy to apply. I was applying about 12 inches from the tile and was able to apply pretty much exactly where I wanted it with virtually no overpsray. We had windows open and the smell was hardly noticeable and the product dried very quickly. Definitely will use again.
