Oil-Flo 141 Safety Solvent Cleaner, Gallon Jug

This amazing, water-soluble solvent cleaner will quickly dissolve hard-to-clean organic stains and substances. Awesome Product!!!!!

This product is awesome!!! It really works quickly to loosen up that sticky black floor tile adhesive. I reccomend this product for icky sticky adhesive.

Great Product!

I have used this product for many years. I am in the sealcoating business and have found this to be the best way to get dried sealer off of places it shouldn't be on. It has removed sealer from everything from our tools, to our trucks, to garage doors. ** There are some surfaces that it does not work well with.** But for us, it gets the job done!

Worked exactly as advertized

Oil Flow 141 worked exactly as shown in the manufacturer's video. As expected it's a messy job creating lots of black goop to mop up and get rid of. I wore an old pair of sneakers and then threw them away along with the pants that got black gunk all over them (as did the lower trim). With the windows open the smell wasn't too bad but long lasting.

Works as expected

I had black mastic adhesive to remove from my basement floor. House was built in the 60's. Some areas needed 3 or 4 applications, some only took 2 but it did the trick. The odor was strong and I did wear a mask. I opened the windows and that helped. I used a stiff brush on a long handle and spread kitty litter over the top and left it over night. Thank you. I am glad I found this product. I would buy it again.

Works great

I am using this to get up oil based adhesive that was put down in the late 30's when my house was built. It dissolves it in short order. Make sure there is plenty of ventilation as the odor can be strong.

Works Great on Asphalt / Black Adhesive

This product worked great on the Asphalt / Black adhesive just like they said it would, it does have a strong odor but is mild compared to some of the other adhesive removers. You will have to use a significant amount to remove the adhesive which is why I think the price should be lower but it does do what they say it will...........remove the Black!!

Works well but not so well on bare concrete

Had a mastic glue left over from the old tiles on the bare concrete floor. This stuff struggled to remove the mastic from the bare concrete, though it did remove it much easier from areas where the mastic was sticking to the old tile glue (did nothing to the glue - will have to get concrete grinder for that). Concrete was very old, but I still expected it to do a better job on it.

Also, did not last anywhere near the advertised 400sq.ft., maybe because I had to re-apply 2-3 times in some of the tougher areas. If you just apply one layer, you may get the 400sq.ft per gallon jug.

Oil Flo 141 Works!

Removed 1950's cutback adhesive from concrete. It works! Spray on, wait 20-30 minutes, scrub and scrap thick adhesive spots and it came up excellent with water. I recommend a chemical respirator mask, because it smells awful. Very impressed with how well it works!

Works on Asphalt Adhesive

Removing cutback or asphalt adhesive is a real challenge in remodeling your floors. It must be completely gone for new adhesives to stick, including in the pores of the concrete, but strippers leave residues also that migrate up and destroy the new adhesive! Oil-Flo 141 emulsifies the adhesive then binds it to water molecules for a much safer and simpler removal. It works better if you scrape off the thick areas first (beware releasing asbestos fibers). Seriously, this makes the impossible, possible, with a bit of scrubbing and scraping. I can also verify that it removes oil-based wood stain from your good clothes. I'd buy it just for the laundry room!
