Was really good at first, but not happy with the longevity.
I've been using the tacker for 4 or 5 months and it's beginning to give me issues. The driver isn't retracting every time it's fired. I really liked the gun so I hope I can figure it out to fix it. My last duofast lasted 5 years. But I hear their quality is going downhill as well.

Compact and right on!
I'm new to carpet repair and based on some of the reviews from others I went with this tool.... I've been impressed early on at the design and its performance so far. I work with a veteran installer and he used it with me recently for the first time and he was also very impressed and liked it. He mentioned that it was nice size for getting up under stairs and the overall feel and power.

Great tool
I purchased this tacker after my cheap Robert’s tacker from menards broke for the second time. I decided to spend a little more on a quality product and I’m glad I went with this one. It has comfortable grip and the reload tray is a nice design compared to other brands. It drives staples in very well and I can tell it’s built to endure frequent use.

I like it
So far so good, good price , way better than the crain one , it has power ,I really like the look and how it works I do recommend , but the only thing the I don't like is it doesn't have the plastic case and the Staples plastic box .... that's to bad

I have been using this stapler for about a month & I’m impressed. It’s powerful it has not jamed one time & seems to be built more sturdy than many other brands. It’s 5 times the stapler compared to my last 2 duofast staplers. The only complaint I have so far is its easy to bump the lever that opens the slide to load the staples. I highly recommend this tool.

excellent product
Duo-fast has always made the best stapler. I've bought over twelve of them over my years installing as well as other brands and there is no comparison to this tacker. Quality has gone down on the newer model as well as a shorter nose but you can't find better.
