Great bonnets for clean my hardwood floors.
These bonnets are soft and evenly apply Woodpecker hardwood floor cleaner. After using, I simply throw them in the wash with towels and they come out "clean as a whistle."

Great customer service, too bad the product was changed
When I ordered this product, I thought I was going to get the looped cotton terrycloth replacement bonnet that I have used to wash my floors. The looped terry bonnet I have used moves easily over the floor and makes cleaning rather effortless. What I got was a microfiber polishing bonnet which requires considerably more effort to move the mop over the floor when I am cleaning. It seems that Woodpecker has replaced the old style looped terry bonnet with these microfiber velour type bonnets. For my purpose it is not an improvement at all. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Tools4Flooring and am more than pleased with the customer service response I received. This is a great company to deal with and they went out of their way to address my issue. Although this product doesn't meet my need and is useless to me, it is a well made product and probably would work well as a polisher. For that reason I am giving this product review a 4. But a customer service review, if it were requested, would be a 5 plus.
