Velcro falls apart quickly, fabric tears easily, wont’t stay on.
I’ve used the blue version of these pads for the past 5 years or so, usually need to replace them every six months or so, figured I’d spend the extra ten bucks to try the ‘heavy duty’ ones. The polyurethane part does seem stronger and hasn’t torn yet, but unfortunately the stitching on the Velcro is very flimsy, and fell apart much faster than the blue ones do. Fabric around the polyurethane is tearing as well. Also seems like these ones have bigger straps, or they stretch out more or something, but I have skinny legs and I can’t strap them up tight enough to get them to stop falling down. I’m switching back to the blue ones, maybe they will make a knee pad as comfy as these that won’t fall apart one day, but this one ain’t it.
