You can move the load literally with the touch of a fingertip!

Worth it .
Being a flooring installer of twenty plus years, this thing has paid for itself after about two jobs. I work by myself and I have moved fridges islands and stoves with it. One of the best tools i've ever owned. Work smarter not harder.

Never scratch a floor again
I bought one of these when they first came out years and years ago. I loaned it to an associate and am still waiting for him to return it. Since then I had the misfortune of moving a refrigerator across some oak hardwood. Needless to say, I ended up paying for and installing a new floor. I was so happy to find this tool on sale here for much less than any place else. I will never scratch a floor again. This is a must have if you install floors for a living. This Will Save You Thousands - Really
The early death for any compressor-based appliance is dust. And if you have hardwood floors or lack Arnold's strength, regular cleaning (once a year) won't happen. Have kids or pets? Dust will build-up fast and you might end up with overheating and premature failure of wine, bar, or full-size fridges and that giant basement fridge too soon. This tool is so easy and fun to use and will lift 800LBS on a cushion of air- you will clean more and add life to your appliances and back. The included plastic sleds make it easy to lift other items (armoirs and such) off of the carpet. Got a beast of a treadmill or some other thing you need to move? This is your tool. Honestly, for what it will save in floor, wall, and back damage, it's a steal. Highly recommend it.

I was skeptical
I started by reading the reviews. While I didn't believe the tool would work as easily as stated, the reviews semi-convinced me to spend the money. The tool was outstanding and worked wonderfully. If I didn’t experience it myself I don’t know that I would have believed it. Simple equipment and a seemingly too simple concept to a complex and brute problem. It worked flawlessly. In fact I ran and got a family member to witness how I was pulling out a full size, stacked washer and dryer with my fingertips. It was amazing and worked as advertised.

Great Product if you don’t need it everyday
This is a wonderful product that falls short for those of you who may need it for Commerical purposes. If used once in awhile, you’ll be fine. If used 5 days a week be ready for multiple issues. First, carrying bag falls apart in about 10 months, Crain will replace it once. Motor has cheap wiring. I’ve now rewired two sections as the gauge of wire is thin and burns through itself. I’ve had to fix switch as well. Air bags on the sliders, make sure to carry heavy gauge tape as they will either puncture and leak or the folded sections adhesive will give allowing air to escape. I may try the Roberts brand next but thought the Crain was more heavy duty based on the weight it can lift (when working). Again a great product if you only use once and a while, but if you use everyday (5 days a week) be prepared for it to fail.

A real back and floor saver
A bit pricey, but I was not able to find any place local to rent this, so I bit the bullet and purchased one. Glad I did. Worked flawlessly, including lifting a built-in stacked washer/dryer into and out of a tight space. I used it to lift the W/D as I was leveling it - MUCH easier. With new flooring going in, a lot of appliances needed to be moved multiple times, so this purchase will pay for itself in time. I recommend it. Your back will thank you.

Great Product
Fantastic product. Used to move Samsung washer and dryer both while still on pedestals out of narrow space in order to paint laundry area. Works like a charm. Have not tried over carpet. Don't know how long moter will last or how durable plastic hoses and couplers are (same as with a vacuum cleaner), or if the lifter plates will leak. But for now, this product is a real work saver. You can easily move and rest a heavy appliance exactly to where you need it.

Wow
I run my own remodeling business and am always moving appliances in and out and it is always a chore to get them in and out without damaging floor,cabinets or even walls. Purchased the Crain 280 and all I can say is wow! Why didn’t I do this 10 years ago. Now I can’t wait to use it again. It’s like that shiny new toy at Christmas! Going to make life 100 percent easier when it comes to moving appliances.

Great Product and Service
I am an "older guy" and we just remodeled our kitchen with hardwood floors. I really didn't want to scratch the flooring moving the refrigerator and slide in range in and out for cleaning. After some research on the web I came across this product. My wife and I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase. I am so glad we did as I have used it to not only place the slide in range correctly and easily, but also the refrigerator. I also used it to move our freezer and refrigerator out in the garage.
