poor purchase
Combining a row finder with a top cutter seems like a good idea. Except that it doesn't work because the row finder is too wide and it jumps rows while cutting. Plus the fastener plate that holds the blade does not secure it tight enough so the blade slides up into the tool. I bought one and another installer bought one also, he hated the tool so much he wanted to throw it away. We both thought it was a poor purchase for a $40 tool that just sits on a shelf in the garage.
