great tool
very helpful tool to cut commercial carpet, heavy duty, you can adjust the thickness (deepness)

No good
I’ve been installing floors for years and normally prefer Crain tools over other brands. This cutter however is garbage. Blades get stuck in both slots all the time which makes the tool useless. Tools 4 flooring has great customer service and I’ve always been happy with them, but this Crain seam cutter just wasn’t worth the money.
