This tool is helpful for making fast 45° cuts in quarter round. The sharp, heavy-duty blade is replaceable.

The Crain 855 Wood Miter makes fast angle cuts in quarter round and eliminates the need for a chop saw. The cutting anvil has guide stops for straight cuts, as well as 22.5° or 45° angles. The 22.5° angle gauge is used to make soft corners, while the 45° angle allows for accurate square corners. The mitering tool features an extra long vinyl-coated handle for maximum leverage and nickel plated steel construction.

the best single tool i have bought in years
as a trim carpenter this little gem is excellent for cutting shoe, scribe, batten molding... this and a coping saw and a battery powered trim gun saves a ton of time and heavy saws and compressors to haul around for small jobs. best tool ever.
