This ergonomically designed utility knife features a low friction lock screw for quick blade change without tools. Has a hinged aluminum body with a storage area for extra blades and a magnetic blade holder for easier blade installation. Uses utility or hook blades (not supplied) and comes with a plastic holster with a belt clip.

Meh, not awful.
The good: Looks cool I guess. The opening screw is easy enough to open with a gloved hand although I decided to make the notches sharper. Easy enough to grip.
The bad : The emblem doesn't seem to be made for the casting of the knife, so that doesn't bode particularly well. It didn't close tight with a blade in it so I had to file the slot a bit.
The both : it's very large, not overly heavy, but large. Doesn't want to fit in my other sheaths, so it's good it comes with one. On the other hand it's easier to grip in a gloved hand, so there's that.

My favorite knife so far but....
It's an awesome knife. But it doesn't last. Over had mine for about a year and it's already dead. The pin that holds the blade in is gone!

Awesome knife for carpet
Notch that holds the blades never wears out so blades never slip, easy to change and it looks like a shark so thats a plus

Awesome
Been installing carpet since 97 can't believe I've never come across this knife! It can be used w square or slotted carpet blades. You can virtually use all the carpet blades on both sides. Easy to open stores a bunch of blades and is tapered at the head for close use w straight edge. This makes all the other carpet knives show that THEY ARE ALL JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fantastic
