This innovative system of interlocking heavy duty (HD) clips and wedges ensure your floor will be perfectly level from one tile to the next.

Big help
I got these to assist me with tiling my house with 9"x47" plank porcelain. I had been told that these tiles were very hard to lay and as a DIYer I would have a very difficult time making it look good. This leveling system works very well and after the first 2 rooms I realized that I wouldn't have been able to get the tiles flat without them. It is looking very nice so far and If the rest goes the same I think that the floor will turn out as good as if I had paid an installer.

great product even for an experianced tile layer
ive been laying tile for 25 years. where I'm from the wood looking tile and the 12x24 tiles are getting more and more popular. if your floor isn't pretty close to flat, these tiles can be a bear to full with. I just ordered these and done a 1200 ft job of 8x36 wood look. the floors was really uneven so we had to cut some of it out and get it fairly flat. once we got the floors ready, we had most of the job laid in a 9 hour day with four of us working on it. with this system, I had guys helping me lay that had never laid before. this takes all the guess work out of laying tile. I used close to 1400 clips so naturally not all of them broke off like they were supposed to but we just dug them out with a knife. the only other thing is, if you want a true 1/8" grout line id do the 1/16" clips. your about 3/16" with the 1/8" clips. once we got a system down and got used to where we needed to put the clips it really didn't take any longer because it saved us so much time by not having to back butter tiles that was low. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to lay tile especially bigger tile.

RLS clips and system review
If you're looking at these leveling clips, it's because you have or are considering purchase of the Raimondi Leveling System (RLS). I researched several different leveling systems before purchasing the RLS. It seemed to strike a balance between price and value. I'm not a full-time contractor. I buy and renovate a house every 2-3 years. I would consider myself experienced, not expert. Here are my thoughts on the RLS system and these bulk clips.
1) The clips are original equipment (Raimondi).
2) The bulk price is the best you will find for these clips (at the time of my purchase).
3) Tools for flooring shipping was fast and the packaging was good.
4) The clips are designed to accept or manage grout joints between 1/8" and 1/2." Be aware that when you use the clamping device, it causes adjacent tiles to push away from each other. If you want a true 1/8" grout line, I recommend using the smaller clips made by Raimondi and using 1/8" rubber spacers. My grout lines were often closer to 3/16" when I used the 1/8" RLS leveling clips.
5) The RLS system versus others. I haven't used other leveling systems, but one problem with the RLS is that if you bend the clip for any reason, the strength of the clip is compromised. This is generally only a problem when you cannot complete the tile job in one setting. This is a problem, because the clips at the outermost row are susceptible to breakage or weakening, which means they break when you try to level your next row. I think other systems, e.g., MLT or TLS, might not suffer from this problem.
All in all, the RLS system allowed me to lay a 600 sq ft. faux wood tile floor, (6x24") with a 33% broken-joint, with virtually no lippage problems. Though not perfect, it's brought my tiling jobs to another level.
