Very Pleased in Pennsylvania
I was hesitant to order from a site I knew nothing about and UPS ground service made me a little nervous too as I needed the saw quickly. Well, I couldn’t be more pleased. I received tracking notices of exactly where my saw was as it moved across the country and I got it on my door step in two working days. Also, the saw works very well and is worth spending the extra money to get the manufacturers more powerful version. I say this as I have rented their smaller models and although they work ok this one is head and shoulders above the others. For me, it cuts through 1-1/8 inch thick barn boards on the side of my house like butter. Don’t be hesitant to purchase this item and as a bonus the trigger gas a safety mechanism which is also much safer that the manufacturers smaller version of this saw.

Worked but could be better
The tool did make the job a lot easier than it would have otherwise been. The downside is that adjusting the height correctly was a pain. Trying to hold the blade gaurd open, adjust the height to be even with the top of my flooring, and trying to tighten two adjustment screws was not simple.

Best saw but be warned!
I have used this saw for over a year now after my Crain 825 burned up. You cannot beat the price of this saw and it's every bit as good as the Crain at half the price. The case isn't very good but it is what it is. The PROBLEM is that the trigger runs the entire length of the saw handle not just at the top 2 fingers. So, as soon as you grab it by the handle, it kicks on if it's plugged in, ready or not. Very dangerous. BUT, as long as you wait to plug it in until you're absolutely ready for it, it's perfectly safe. The trigger is definitely a design flaw in my opinion. Still the best saw, though, for the money.
