This double-sided mallet has a urethane head that allows you to safely beat in tiles without damaging or marring the surface. This removes air from underneath the tiles and maximizes mortar coverage to ensure a long lasting bond. In addition to the traditional flat head on one side, the beveled edges on the opposite end allow for angled strikes to secure tile tightly against spacers for perfect grout lines.
