Taylor Finale (2040) is a hard-setting, acrylic adhesive for the installation of rubber and vinyl cove base over wood, concrete, brick, plaster, wallboard and other porous surfaces. The aggressive tack, fast-grab formula holds the pressure of inner and outer corners. Will not contribute to staining, shrinkage or plasticizer migration. Give your job site the final touch!

So easy to use
I used this for about 75' of BurkBase vinyl cove. I also got the Roberts Snozzle that goes on the end of the tube and lays down rows of glue across the back of the base. It was my first time installing cove base and this made it really easy. It stuck to the wall surprisingly well right away.
