Ardex Feather Finish is an underlayment formulated from a blend of Portland cement and other hydraulic cements that provides a smooth, permanent finish for a variety of substrates prior to the installation of today’s demanding floor coverings, including sheet vinyl and VCT (vinyl composition tile).

Nice product
Used Ardex feather finish over existing tile to create concrete countertops and am extremely happy with how they came out. Time will tell how durable they are. Will purchase again.

BEST SMOOTHING PATCH
I've used Ardex to skimcoat floors since they first made it 20 years ago. It works so good I'll never use anything else. It sticks good, spreads easily. Very dependable. Never had a failure with it. Much easier to use than other products.

I bought Ardex Feather Finish after seeing DIY'ers use it to cover laminate countertops, making them look remarkably like concrete. I thought about purchasing concrete from my local hardware store, but I'm glad I decided to order from Ardex, the project was a great success!

great floor fill
This is a great product and sticks to anything including the trowel if you don't clean it off after your done.I even patch a small hole in my canoe,lol.Easy to sand once it almost dry.
