ROBERTS® NEW & IMPROVED Dual Air Glider with Case can lift up to 800lbs, allowing a single user to be able to move heavy items like appliances, furniture, equipment, and machinery. Built with a powerful 1.75 HP blower and designed to use hovercraft lifting principles, it allows heavy items to smoothly glide across flooring. An optional air vent helps control the air flow depending upon weight load, or reduce the lift in tight spaces. It includes a robust soft sided case with a stronger carrying strap and soft shoulder pad to make transport easy.

Good product

We had already purchased two of these. They work really good. The new ones (four more) have been cheapened up with plastic nozzles on the skids instead of metal. Concerned on how the plastic will hold up.

exceeded expectations

I really wish I would have purchased this earlier. I was able to move a stacked washer and dryer out of a very cramped closet in order to replace some fittings. I previously dented the washed because I had to push the base as hard as I could, and still couldn't get it all the way in. This allowed me to pull it back out, adjust placement and replace it easily. It wasn't as loud as I suspected, and I'm still amazed at how well it worked. It is expensive, but it saved me well over 2 hours of labor on that job alone.

Worth Purchasing!

This is a wonderful tool and finally available at a reasonable price. It is easy to operate, came with clear instructions, seems to be well made, and is made in Canada. I have a heavy, stacked (old style) washer/dryer in a narrow recess. For easy repair jobs (valves, hoses, ducting, wiring) I can do myself, I no longer have to call the repairman and wait around half the day. On the first use, this tool has half paid for itself. No second set of hands needed and it is so gentle on the floors (and my back doesn't hurt!). Worth every penny. Shipping was fast and efficient.

Must have for any installer!

As a one man installer this is a must have tool. I have worked by myself for years installing all types of flooring and appliance moving is always a struggle by yourself! always a big risk moving appliances on brand new floors by yourself but this makes it no problem at all! you can literally move a appliance with one hand

nice product

Bought this to move a stove and refrigerator in order to put in a new laminate floor. Product worked very well moving both items out and back in place. Little expensive for no more than I will use it but it sure saved tearing up the new floor when replacing the appliances.

Expensive for what it is, but indispensable for certain jobs.

A very simple device, that works very well. Our stacked washer and dryer are recessed into their own closet, and to add to my misery the dryer is gas. In MA, this means a maximum length of 48" for the flexible gas line, which makes it quite difficult to have enough room to make all the connections. As a serious DIY'er, the Air Glider is a great addition to my tools, one of those that you only need once in a great while. But, when you need it, you need it. The Air Glider let me make those tight connections without breaking a sweat, cursing or scratching the floor. It also made it a lot less frustrating to pull the units out and push back in while adjusting the leveling legs.

Toos4flooring had the best price I could find, and shipped very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for tool purchases.

Fantastic

It worked very well on moving my 700lb. Stacked washer/dryer out of the laundry room while our floor got redone. It also worked very well on getting it back precisely to where I wanted it. Very easy to move heavy objects in tight areas. My back thanks you.
