very happy with product, works exactly as described
This product works great. I am a girl and removed all of the carpet in a 1000 sq ft area. Initially I used a flathead and pliers, which was time consuming and required more effort. Using the crain 126 worked flawlessly and made pulling out those staples so much easier. Very satisfied with the quality of the product. Very fast shipping. Highly recommend for anyone who is removing carpet.

Eh....
The point was too wide for the narrow staples used in a trailer house carpet job. Had to turn kind of on edge to get it started and then the tip promptly broke off. Back to angled side cutters and a screwdriver. Seemed like a quality tool for wider staples.

Best tool ever. Had asked many pros if there was a tool like this available and they all said NO. Saved my butt when I had to pull up 5 rooms of carpet and padding at my late Mom's home. What a step up from screwdrivers and pliers, especially since they committed the sin of carpeting over hardwood.
